Cancellation Policy
To guarantee your event and ensure the availability of our service, please read and accept the following conditions upon booking: 🔹 Deposit and Reservation A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation. 🔹 Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will incur a penalty of 30% of the total reservation cost. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are non-refundable. However, we offer the option to reschedule the event for the next available date, subject to availability. 🔹 Remaining Balance The remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before the event.
